dated April 17, 2001 of the Prime Minister

• Vice- Chairperson: Vice- Minister of Culture and  Information
• Members:
  1. Vice – Minister of Industry and Trade
  2. Vice- Minister of Finance
  3. Vice – Minister of Education and Training
  4. Standing Member of the VietNam Fatherland’s Front
  5. Vice – Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers’ Association
  6. Vice – Chairperson of the Women’s Union
  7. First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
  8. Vice – Chairman of the Culture and Ideology Committee, Vietnam’s Confederation of Labour

 
VINACOSH is assisted by an Executive Committee with Vice – Minister of Health as Chairman, Medical Services Administration of the Ministry of Health as Vice- Chairman and Directors of departments from other ministries and mass organizations as members.
